SITE-SPECIFIC WALL DECORATION, VIBESKOLEN NYBORG, 2025
Site-specific wall decoration for Vibeskolen in Ullerslev. Approximate size: 30 sqm.
The intention is to foster a sense of community and create an engaging sense of belonging to the town of Ullerslev for the many children and adults who visit Vibeskolen and Ullerslev Culture and Sports Center in the heart of the town daily, as well as for those who use the surrounding green outdoor areas.
The decoration will consist of both ceramic reliefs and wall paintings, formally inspired by a map of Ullerslev. By incorporating the town map and highlighting specific landmarks, the decoration aims to evoke a sense of recognition and local identity: “This is where I live!”
